Return Eligibility

Include original tags and packaging where applicable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Clearance or final sale items
Personalized or customized products
Intimate or hygiene-related items where applicable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns due to customer preference (such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our mistake.
